I go for gel X once a month, so I don't have as much experience with pedis or acrylics; however, they are always very kind and accommodating to everyone, as well as very detailed in doing whatever design I want. My only recommendation Is to book a later appointment for more complex designs. Sometimes they have to go a bit simpler if they have appointments booked after your time slot.

Was able to get a reservation for the time I wanted. The nail polish is in a book, painted on fake nails, so you can see how it looks exactly on a nail! Each color comes in regular polish, and gel. There was a small wait at the beginning BUT after feeling frustrated at first I also had to remember…… it was 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon during Summer. Incredibly clean interior and tools, comfortable massage chairs and relaxing time with hubby (who hasn’t had a pedicure in 20 years). They worked so gently on my feet (many times at other places, you’re bracing for pain from them working too quickly and “hacking” at your toes/feet). Beautiful array of colors to choose from. Owner was offering cold water/soda if anyone wanted it. I have had some anxiety in pedicure chairs in past - one of those things…..but not here. Peaceful, relaxing experience. Will definitely return and not sure how I missed them being in business for 2 years at this convenient location - oh and parking was a breeze. Thank You for getting my toes pretty for my 50th!!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Finding a nail salon that provides 1st class nail technicians,  respectful, cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere etc is something I'd given up on until yesterday.
Son was my technician and to say his work was outstanding doesn't begin to cover how his attention to detail is miraculous. I showed him a picture of the color I wanted (teal blue with chrome overlay). He experimented with a couple of colors using acrylic nails and adding the chrome. Voila!!! My past experience with chrome is the miniscule amount other techs used. Son took his time applying it with precision. His attention to detail is outstanding, over and above 💯. The salon is gourmet, along with the plush chairs.
If you don't try this nail salon you're missing out. Your nails deserve it!
BTW, their ATM only charges 1%

My daughter and I just left there.  What a nice business. These people treat you like they should. You’re the customer and they wait on you and service you like you’re special. The atmosphere is clean, neat and comfortable.  They do a beautiful job. Pricing is very fair.  Cheaper than at home and that’s saying something. No matter what design I bring in, they always do their absolute best to accommodate me and are at least honest with me if they cannot  accomplish the design I would like, which I really appreciate. My sister went there last week and was extremely happy w her service.  I didn’t have an appointment; I figured a mid-day attempt on a Wednesday would be fine, and it was. I came back and tried a gel pedicure with Son (first time doing gel). I must say, the experience was very different. He was focused on the details and made sure everything was perfect. He even suggested we try different colors of nude since I didn’t really know which color I wanted. He put each on my toes and we went with the color he originally picked lol. 10/10!! I’ve been searching for a reliable salon to get the perfect pedi & I think I found it. I left this review as soon as I got to my car lol. Achi was friendly & welcoming. She gave me a really nice pedi in an hour- I think it’s the first pedi I’ve gotten where someone didn’t knick my skin. I’m so happy with the shape & the paint job as well. Thank you Achi for restoring my faith in pedicures haha. The salon is clean & simple. The man who greeted me was very kind & made sure to say good bye & thank every customer when they were leaving. The owner took me in within the hour without an appointment (it was a spur of the moment kind of thing), despite the fact it was 30 minutes before close on a Sunday afternoon when I got there- very accommodating. I was offered soda or water. The place was spotlessly clean and smells beautiful.
Very happy with my pedicure! Son did a meticulous, beautiful job! Great relaxing experience...I'm going back for my manicure in two weeks (closer to the wedding event)...can't wait...
Very highly recommended! Service is top-notch.They treat people here with respect unlike my experience at Lash Avenue, where I encountered a demeaning owner and staff. At Bonjour Nail Spa, the staff's friendly and welcoming! Glad to have found my place!

The salon is nice and clean, and the owners are very kind. This was my second visit. Loan does a great job with pedicures, and this time I also tried getting my nails done. I wasn’t happy with how they looked, but the owner assured me they would fix them, so I came back the next day.

The process of fixing them was uncomfortable. The nail tech who first did my nails kept going back and forth, speaking with the owner in another language right in front of me. When I asked if everything was okay, they answered “yes,” but gave no explanation. After it happened a few times, they were talking about me, which made me very uncomfortable. I understand language barriers, but for good customer service, it would help to simply explain what’s going on instead of leaving the customer feeling excluded.

Since I wasn’t comfortable with her fixing my nails, Son stepped in and did an amazing job; the difference was obvious between the first set and the set Sun fixed. The owner apologized, which I appreciated, but the whole situation still left me unsure if I’ll return.

If you want your nails done well, I highly recommend Son . He did a fantastic job!

I’ve been eyeballing this place for months since relocating from San Diego, and this will be my go to pedi place and will recommend clients here since I do not offer pedis in my private space.

The ambience is quiet, the place is impeccably clean. Staffs are polite, the American girl who did my pedi did a meticulous job cleaning up my cuticles and pumicing my callus. Everyone takes their time and I love that about this place. On top of that, they offered beverages to myself and other patrons.

She is very detail oriented and made my blue chrome nails look better than most if not all of the nails I've gotten done.  Definitely will be returning when I come to back to Va Beach area next spring and summer. The owner greets every customer that comes and leaves and the place is very clean, calm and quiet. Some spas i have been to are just too loud and noisy,  but this one you get a sense of calm and the results are amazing.

My beau and I got the spa pedicure (massage) and manicure.
Ambiance is highly professional, they served complimentary refreshments (soda, water). There were 10 pedicure chairs and many more manicure stations. The place looks clean. Nice porcelain floor tiles, understated elegance in white and beige color motif, rolled hand towels where you wash your hands.
Service is also rated a 5. You are greeted as you come in, you are asked to sign in. They took the time in giving us a great experience. My nail technician Son was very thorough, took his time to make sure the nails were perfectly painted.
Price is slightly on the high side but the attention to detail and great service makes it justifiable.

Son was my technician who did an outstanding job. I took my husband there on father's day to get a pedicure (excluding the polish). He's working on his feet most of the day. He bathed in the luxurious experience so 5 stars and above for him
Yesterday I had a gel manicure. Again, Son was my technician. I'm in awe of the perfection to detail in what he does!!!!

The chairs are awesome! They're big and overstuffed and The massagers work. I highly recommend I haven't had a bad Pedi.
All the technicians are highly competent.   One important thing is bring cash for the tip. They do have an ATM there but they do not add tips to your bill.

I was in the Area looking to get my nails done, I searched a couple around and landed on this one… I was a little nervous to go outside my normal nail salon - But this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! firstly, I was impressed by the atmosphere because as I was sitting and waiting (for a very short time) I was asked if I would like a beverage and so was everyone else in the shop.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! My 8-year-old daughter actually spotted Bonjour when it first opened, and we finally had the chance to check it out—and we’re so glad we did. We walked in without an appointment and were warmly welcomed and seated right away. We both got gel pedicures, and while I had a hard gel refill done, she got a fun polish on her hands.

The service was top-notch, the space was spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive. I tipped 25% but truly wanted to give even more—it was that great. Thank you, Bonjour, for making our mother-daughter outing so special. We’ll definitely be back!

My nail technician was Na and Loan, they were both incredibly skilled and really listened to what I wanted for my gel manicure. The salon was spotless, and the products used seemed high quality. An is such a funny and gentle nail tech, was careful around my foot scar and did a great job on my French tip pedicure!! Visited this nail salon for the first time tonight and I am so happy I found them.  Everyone is so friendly. I was asked if I wanted something to drink before getting started. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Na and I am so happy with the manicure service.  My nails and hands looked terrible and she brought them back to life again!  Can't thank her enough. This place is my favorite nail salon! The service is very professional and I walked out happy. Sunny did my nails and mastered them to perfection. I came in with a set previously on, only had the set on for a week and they were falling apart from a different place I had went to. He had his work cut out for him and he mastered it. I could not be happier. He paid attention to all the details. The prices are not bad at all. I will definitely be returning. I got my eyebrows waxed as well and they came out beautifully.

I told the young lady I believe I had broken one of my nails that had gel polish.  She escorted me to one of the nail tables and Na sat down to take care of my nails.  She was gentle removing the gel polish and repaired the natural nail which had broke down below the tip of the finger.  The salon was immaculate and inviting.  Although it's farther than another nail salon I used to visit, I will definitely be back for my manicure and pedicures.

We work two doors down from their location and made a last minute decision to get pedis and a full set not realizing they closed in an hour. We of course asked if we could still get pedis or if they could get one of us in. We were just out treating ourself and celebrating a promotion. They got us both in and were very apologetic for me wait no even though they didn’t need to I am the one that came in late. Service was amazing! My feet have never felt better! And to know they have a rewards program is mind blowing, I love that idea. My feet have never felt better! I can’t wait to go back and get a full set!

Na was gentle while removing my dip powder with tips.  I asked her to not drill over my natural nail bed towards my cuticles.  She was very careful.  She shaped my nails how I wanted.  I usually prefer a “soft” square shape.   My nails came out looking and feeling like there weren’t put through a hundred drills and nail files. Thank you!

Came here with my mom for our girls day and cannot recommend this place enough. Military family so we’ve been all over, tried many different nail salons and this one by far takes the cake. Everyone was extremely attentive, personable and kind. It was a very easy process to check in the pick our color then begin the pedicure process. The customer service was top notch as we were asked questions throughout to ensure that we had a great experience. As the first appointments of the day we were given lots of one on one attention and could learn more about the operation. The overall salon is definitely one of the best that I have been to in a very long time. From the cleanliness of each and every station to the handling of the aftercare of each station. While this is a newer location they have put much thought and effort to creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. If we ever come back to Virginia Beach, we will definitely be back!!!

Also I do not get a headache from the polish because they have a really good ventilation system. The staff is friendly, they do good work, and their prices are reasonable too!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Let me preface by saying I am not a fan of pedicures but need them so I’m not walking around with crusty feet. I just don’t find them relaxing. This was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. I left actually relaxed.

I had been going to the same nail salon for years and recently they have gone down hill and I leave miserable. I looked on Yelp and this place had the best reviews in the entire city. I drove 15 mins to go.

When you first walk in it is bright and white and clean. You are greeted by a very personable man and escorted to your seat. He came around with a tray of drinks and I got a water.

Wendy did my pedicure. She was extremely gentle. She is definitely a perfectionist. She corrected her work ( that I thought was already amazing) even to the last second. She definitely takes pride in her work. I got gel polish ( they charge $15 extra which I liked cause some places charge $30 extra which I think is ridiculous) If the polish got messed up she took a brush and fixed it instead of jamming her thumb nail in me like some other places do. The scrub they use smells amazingggg ( like I want to buy it for myself amazing ) she asked if I wanted the callus remover instead of just using it automatically. The massage at the end was amazing as well. I will definitely be coming back.

We received a couples therapeutic pedicure date today & it went well. First impression is clean & new. Staff is warm and inviting. Very happy with my personal experience, however l noticed a lack in my partners experience. With that in mind I’m just leaving a 4star with hopes his experience is better next time. He also made sure to ask if I wanted certain treatments instead of just doing it (ex. For my pedicure im a runner and I prefer to keep my callouses on the bottom of my feet and he asked before just removing them). My dip nails were separating from my natural nails and I didn’t want to wait for my appointment booked with my old salon so I went here. I loved it! The old nail tech couldn’t do designs so it was nice have a nail tech that could do it all. I’m definitely making this place my go to for nails now!

Gave me & my wife drinks while there for a while & always checked up on us to ask if we were having a nice time. Kelly took her time on my nails ensuring I got exactly what I wanted & made sure they were all perfect & smooth. Even finished with a small hand massage! 10/10 would highly recommend this to anyone. They were able to immediately accommodate me for a manicure and pedicure. The salon is very relaxing and clean! Everyone was very kind and they did an excellent job on my nails. Gwen and Hai didn't disappoint! She was excellent. Good at her technique.. fast... great at conversation... and she did the design I chose. Clean and well appointed interior. I have tried 4 different salons in the area - ALL of them do not compare to this one. SO relaxing , no pressure on color choice , ZERO pain with cuticle treatment , they fixed all the problems caused by the recent salon I went to . The nail techs are so kind , patient and fully English speaking. The salon is BEAUTIFUL and bright, so clean and calm. I got dip, my nails are short from the last place damaging them and he still made them bright and ready for summer . I already made an appt tomorrow for a pedicure and I can’t wait !

Both my husband and I got the therapeutic pedicure and we were very pleased with our experience as soon as we walked in. The entire staff was very nice and attentive. Hai and his wife Loan are so so sweet! While my daughter was getting her nails done Hai was so informative to help her achieve great looking nails. I've never seen my teenage daughter so happy and actually love the work on her nails as she did today after getting her nails done. Very clean and very nice chairs to sit in. This is the place for all that and more. The family who owns this spa were so amazing!!! They took the time to take care of my mani and pedi needs while engaging in great conversation. I felt like I was in a familiar place where I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Such a great experience and my hands and feet look and feel great!!
